What We Do
Our design team offers specialized planning, material, and colour recommendations while demonstrating how our products can be best used in your home. While the process may be different depending on the specific constraints of the project, our approach to presenting the best possible product solutions, delivery, and installation incorporates the following components: inform, identify, specify, design, deliver, install, and after-sales service.
We begin by explaining our services, then identify and define the client's goals and constraints. We take a collaborative approach regarding design and function, understanding what the clients' expectations are for achieving their perfect environment.
DESIGN
Once we have a clear understanding of the project requirements our team will develop and suggest a selection of products perfect for the project. Presented to the client in a Proposal format for their review and consult; A mood board showing images of the products, the available product finishes, dimensions, and pricing. When required, floor plans and elevations are created by Minimal Toronto to assist the client in understanding and visualizing their new space. We will present different options while answering questions and carefully considering the client's feedback to make the adjustments to the proposal. Our approach is always a collaboration between us and our clients.
COLLABORATE
After the initial proposal meeting with the client, considering all the feedback and information shared we refine the proposal to the items, finishes, and sizes discussed for their project. Depending on the scope and size of the project there can be several meetings to arrive at the final decisions.
FINALIZE
Finally, we transfer this information into our order format at which time we will explain each item to the client, attaching any other support documentation require.
When our client wishes to proceed with their order a formal order authorization is created that itemizes the product, the finish, and dimensions the client has selected. At this time, we will explain and confirm each item and all the relevant information listed in the order for the client. This ensures that there are no errors or misunderstandings, and our clients are extremely informed on what they are purchasing.
All the information and order details will be clearly explained and documented, and the client provided with a copy of the order. These procedures ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with their final purchase.
DELIVER
All products are shipped directly to our warehouse located in Mississauga, Ont. Our team will be in contact with the client to confirm all the delivery requirements and a suitable date for the delivery. Our team will deliver and install your order subject to the schedule secured by yourself and us, in advance of your order arriving. Our specialized installation teams are cabinetmakers and carpenters who have received specific training directly from our manufacturers in how to assemble and install the product successfully ensuring the quality of the installation.
AFTER SALES
Minimal Toronto is dedicated to following their order through. This is done by keeping the client informed about their order, ensuring timely delivery and quality installation. We will be present at the delivery and installation to complete a final walkthrough with the client.
Upon completion, Minimal will answer any questions the client may have and make sure they are 100% satisfied with their final product.
